We maintain budget control, and manage engineering, construction and can source interior finishes and furniture. Our firm only works with the highest quality engineers, architects, designers, and craftsmen to ensure each project has the best team available. Our goal is to exceed the client’s expectations.

Our home on the water needed a renovation for the golden years. The kitchen and the three bathrooms were the keys to the upgrade. The renovated kitchen received new cabinets, stove range island with seating. New lighting and energy efficiency enhanced the space with new cabinets and paint colors. The key to the project is the interaction with the designer. Jonathan’s prescriptive process ensures listening to the client’s desire and style and sharing concept designs to mold the project. He shared the issues and status of the project until the completion of the project. His listening, communicating, and caring made for beautiful results.

His conceptual design to implementation provided us confidence knowing interaction with the building architect and building management was not an issue. Jonathan led a team to redevelop a one-story retail strip mall into a four-story luxury mix-use structure with residential on floors two through five with retail and restaurants on the first floor. The building is across from the Tennis Hall of Fame and on the same street as the Bellevue Boulevard Mansions. The project plan is to design a building that blends into the surroundings. The team was able to achieve the Newport Style by providing Interior design services for a potential owner. Jonathan’s concept is to control developer costs by providing full, in-house services to decrease consultant fees; offer product procurement and project manager services with support to realtors to sell condominium units.
